Branding that feels like you, not a template

Most businesses grow faster than their brand does. At some point the logo, colors, and tone you started with stop matching the company you're running today. We help you rebuild that foundation. The goal is simple: a brand that looks right, communicates clearly, and supports the next stage of growth.

How it starts?

A branding project starts with understanding your business. We talk about your goals, your customers, and the way you want to show up in the market. This gives us a solid foundation to build on instead of designing in the dark.

Once we're aligned, we explore different directions and begin shaping the identity. You'll see how the logo evolves, how the colors and typography work together, and how the overall style starts to form. We keep communication open throughout, so you always know where things are heading and can give input early.

As the brand becomes clearer, we prepare the assets and guidelines your team will actually use. Everything is built to be practical (easy to apply, easy to share, easy to maintain). When the project wraps, your team gets a complete brand system and the confidence to use it consistently across all channels.

Is this for you?

Branding is for anyone who wants their business to look clear and intentional, whether they're just getting started or rebuilding something that no longer feels right. Some clients come to us with nothing but an idea and want to begin with a strong foundation. Others already have a brand, but it doesn't match the quality of what they do today.

It's also for teams where nothing feels cohesive. When every slide, deck, or post has a different style, work becomes harder and communication starts to feel scattered. A clear identity gives everyone the same starting point so they don't have to guess how things should look each time.

And it's for businesses that want to present themselves with confidence. A clear identity helps people understand what you stand for and makes it easier for your team to communicate who you are, both online and offline.

What it does?

Branding gives your business a clear identity that people can recognize and understand. It takes all the pieces that already exist and turns them into a visual and verbal system that feels intentional. Most companies don't need something flashy. They need something that feels true to who they are and easy for their team to use.

We define how your brand looks, how it speaks, and how it shows up across different places. That includes building a logo system, choosing colors and typography, and setting rules that keep everything consistent.

The goal isn't to create more design work for your team. When your identity is clear, you don't have to rethink the basics every time you prepare a deck, update your website, or talk to a client. A good brand removes noise and helps people focus on what you offer.

What's Included

A full branding project gives your team everything they need to present the business consistently across every channel.

The exact scope depends on the project, but most identities include the core foundations, the creative direction, and the practical tools your team will use every day. All assets are delivered in a clean, organized system that's easy to maintain and scale.

The Investment

Branding is built as a one-time project, and the investment depends on how deep the work needs to go. Some companies need a full rebuild with a new strategy, new identity, and new applications. Others only need the core system that brings clarity and consistency to their visuals and messaging. We'll help you understand what makes sense for your situation before any decisions are made.

The starting point for a full identity system begins at $6,000, with the final amount influenced by the number of brand elements you need, the level of creative exploration, and any additional applications. If your brand evolves later or you need updates, we can handle those separately. If you want a clearer picture right now, you can use the estimator to map out the exact scope and see how different components affect the price.

Common Questions

How long does a branding project take?

Most projects take four to six weeks, depending on how many elements we're creating and how quickly we move through feedback. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start so you know what to expect at every stage.

Do I need to have everything figured out before we start?

No. Many clients come to us with only a rough idea of what they want. Part of our job is helping you find clarity, define the direction, and shape the brand around your goals.

What if I already have a logo?

If the logo still works, we keep it. We can build the full identity system around what you have, or refine it if something feels off. A full rebrand isn’t always necessary.

How many revisions are included?

We typically include three rounds of revisions for each design phase. This gives you enough space to refine the work without getting stuck in endless back and forth. If you need additional revisions beyond that, we can discuss it.

Will I own all the files and rights?

Yes. Once the project is complete and paid for, you own the full identity system (logos, guidelines, exports, and all relevant assets). Everything is delivered in a format your team can use without relying on us.

Can you help with trademark registration?

We don't handle trademark registration directly, but we can guide you on the basics and recommend where to file. It's something you'll want to do separately once the brand is finalized to protect your identity legally.

What happens if we need updates after the project is done?

If your brand evolves or you need updates down the line, we can handle those separately. The identity system we build is designed to last, but we're here if things change.

Do we need to be available throughout the entire project?

Yes. Your feedback is essential at key stages (direction approval, logo rounds, final refinements). If there are long delays in feedback, it can push the timeline back, so staying engaged helps keep things on track.
